I’ve loved to bake since I was a tiny tot but I confess, I usually made cakes and cookies using boxed cake/cookie mixes. Within the last few years, though, I decided to up my game by baking from scratch. As it turns out, it’s pretty easy and definitely more tasty (except for those Betty Crocker cake mixes – those are freakin delicious)! The downside to so much baking, however, was that I had to eat them all. Ok, I didn’t have to but I couldn’t resist.

This project, then, was a perfect solution for my problem – I could bake and let others enjoy my treats, all while helping out 2 charities that I support. I will be donating 30% of the profits made yearly to The Canadian Cancer Society and Sick Kids Hospital.

What do you say, let’s kick cancer/childhood illness’ ass with a few baked goods?
